What Makes the GTBuy Spreadsheet Different?
Unlike a static product catalog, the GTBuy spreadsheet is a living database — continuously refreshed with new products, updated pricing (as CNY/USD rates shift), new QC photo references, and seller reliability signals.
This site pulls directly from the database to show you the most current product data. Access counts reflect real community views and serves as a proxy for popularity. Sort_level reflects the editorial curation tier — products that have been manually reviewed and vetted for quality.
How Products Get Added to the GTBuy Spreadsheet
New products go through this process before appearing in the spreadsheet:
Community members post w2c (want to cop) finds in Telegram or Reddit
Trusted curators verify the seller, product availability, and Weidian listing
QC photos are sourced — either from the seller or from community haul posts
Product is added to the database with seo_title, price, images, and category tags
Sort_level is assigned based on community confidence in batch quality
Product appears in the live spreadsheet for all community members to browse
How Pricing Stays Accurate
Pricing on this GTBuy spreadsheet is calculated by taking the raw CNY (Chinese Yuan) price from the Weidian listing and dividing by 6.2 to get the USD estimate displayed on product cards.
This conversion is updated when significant CNY/USD rate shifts occur. Note that GTBuy's actual purchase price will also include a service fee on top of the item price — factor in approximately 5-10% agent fee when budgeting your haul.
